🍤 Shrimp, Sausage & Potato Bake 🥔🌽

Ingredients
  

1 lb (450g) large shrimp 🦐 — peeled & deveined
8 oz (225g) smoked sausage 🌭 — sliced into rounds
1 lb (450g) baby potatoes 🥔 — halved
2 ears corn 🌽 — cut into small chunks
3 tbsp olive oil 🫒 or melted butter 🧈
1 tsp paprika 🌶
1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
½ tsp onion powder 🧅
½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat) 🔥
Salt 🧂 & black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley 🌿 for garnish
Lemon wedges 🍋 for serving

Method
 

Preheat the oven:
    Set to 200°C (400°F) 🔥 and prepare a large baking dish or foil pan.
      Boil the Potatoes:
        Cook potatoes in salted water for 8–10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside 🥔.
          Mix Everything Together:
            In a large bowl, combine shrimp 🦐, sausage 🌭, corn 🌽, and potatoes 🥔.
              Add olive oil 🫒, garlic powder 🧄, paprika 🌶, cayenne, salt 🧂, and pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
                Bake:
                  Spread the mixture in your baking dish or foil pan.
                    Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until shrimp are pink and potatoes are golden. ✨
                      Serve Hot:
                        Garnish with chopped parsley 🌿 and squeeze fresh lemon juice 🍋 over the top.
