Preheat the oven:
Set to 200Β°C (400Β°F) π₯ and prepare a large baking dish or foil pan.
Boil the Potatoes:
Cook potatoes in salted water for 8β10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside π₯.
Mix Everything Together:
In a large bowl, combine shrimp π¦, sausage π, corn π½, and potatoes π₯.
Add olive oil π«, garlic powder π§, paprika πΆ, cayenne, salt π§, and pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
Bake:
Spread the mixture in your baking dish or foil pan.
