Ingredients
  

1 lb (450g) large shrimp 🦐 β€” peeled & deveined
8 oz (225g) smoked sausage 🌭 β€” sliced into rounds
1 lb (450g) baby potatoes πŸ₯” β€” halved
2 ears corn 🌽 β€” cut into small chunks
3 tbsp olive oil πŸ«’ or melted butter 🧈
1 tsp paprika 🌢
1 tsp garlic powder πŸ§„
Β½ tsp onion powder πŸ§…
Β½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat) πŸ”₯
Salt πŸ§‚ & black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley 🌿 for garnish

Method
 

Preheat the oven:
    Set to 200Β°C (400Β°F) πŸ”₯ and prepare a large baking dish or foil pan.
      Boil the Potatoes:
        Cook potatoes in salted water for 8–10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside πŸ₯”.
          Mix Everything Together:
            In a large bowl, combine shrimp 🦐, sausage 🌭, corn 🌽, and potatoes πŸ₯”.
              Add olive oil πŸ«’, garlic powder πŸ§„, paprika 🌢, cayenne, salt πŸ§‚, and pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
                Bake:
