Ingredients
  

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 🍗
1 cup panko breadcrumbs 🌾
½ cup mayonnaise 🍶
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce 🌶
1 tbsp honey 🍯
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce 🌶🔥
1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
1 tsp paprika 🌶
Salt & black pepper to taste 🧂
Vegetable oil for frying 🛢

Method
 

  1. Prepare the coating:
In a shallow bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. 🧄🌶
    Make the sauce:
      In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, and Sriracha until smooth and creamy. 🍯🌶💗
        Coat the chicken:
          Dip each chicken breast into the sauce mixture, making sure it’s fully covered. 🍗💦
            Add the crunch:
              Roll the chicken in the panko mixture, pressing lightly to help the crumbs stick. 🌾👌
                Fry to perfection:
                  Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken for 6–8 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy. 🔥🥇
                    Serve & enjoy:
                      Place on paper towels to remove excess oil, then serve hot with extra Bang Bang sauce on the side! 😍🍴
                        🌟 Tips:
                          Want it spicier? Add more Sriracha! 🌶
                            For a lighter version, bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes. 🍽
