Coat the chicken:

Roll the chicken in the panko mixture, pressing lightly to help the crumbs stick. πΎπ
Fry to perfection:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken for 6β8 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy. π₯π₯
