Delicious Chicken and Green Onion Stir-fry

Ingredients
  

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 bunch green onions, chopped (white and green parts separated)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper to tast

Method
 

In a bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
    Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
      Add white parts of green onions, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
        Pour in chicken broth and honey. Bring to a simmer, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
          Return chicken to the pan, Cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until heated through.
            Season with salt and pepper to taste.
              Garnish with chopped green onions
                Serve over rice or noodles.
