- Prep the Ingredients:
Slice the sausage, peel the shrimp, and cut broccoli into small florets.
Cook the Sausage:
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sausage slices and cook until browned on both sides (about 4โ5 minutes). Remove and set aside. ๐ญ๐ฅ
Cook the Shrimp:
In the same pan, add another tbsp of oil and the shrimp.
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cook for 2โ3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside. ๐ฆ
Stir-fry the Broccoli:
Add minced garlic and broccoli to the pan. Stir for 2โ3 minutes.
Add a splash of water, cover, and steam for 2 minutes until tender-crisp. ๐ฅฆ
Combine Everything:
Return sausage and shrimp to the pan.
Add soy sauce and honey, tossing everything together for 1โ2 minutes until coated in the glaze. ๐ฏ๐ถ
Serve Hot:
Garnish with chili flakes or a squeeze of lemon juice. ๐
