Cut boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks π₯βοΈ
Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper until creamy ππ§
Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites πΆβ¨
In a pan, melt butter and cook shrimp until golden, about 2β3 minutes per side π€π₯
Add hot sauce and toss shrimp until coated in the spicy glaze πΆοΈπ₯
Place one shrimp on each deviled egg half π³
Drizzle a bit of the spicy sauce on top and garnish with parsley πΏ
