Prepare the Chocolate Batter π«
Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
Grease and line two 9-inch cake pans with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla β mix until smooth.
Slowly pour in the boiling water and mix again. The batter will be thin β thatβs what makes it so moist! π

In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until silky smooth.
Assemble & Bake π°
Pour half of the chocolate batter into the pans.
Gently spoon the cheesecake mixture on top, then cover with the rest of the chocolate batter.

Let cool completely before layering.
Create the Ganache β¨
Warm heavy cream (donβt boil). Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 5 minutes.
